Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want subscription charges to be clear and cancellations to be straightforward.

Free trial

You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. The exact trial end date is shown by Stripe and in the billing portal.

Cancellation

Cancel through the customer billing portal at any time. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Deleting child profiles does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Refund requests

If you were charged because of a material service fault, duplicate charge or misleading checkout information, contact us promptly with the date and amount. We will assess the request fairly and respond with the outcome. This policy does not limit your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Founding Family annual offer

The NZ$89.99 annual founding-family plan is prepaid for one year. Its renewal price and date will be displayed before purchase and in the billing portal.
