Terms of Use
These beta terms explain how families may use Data Wallet and what the service does and does not provide.
Parent account
You must be at least 18 and authorised to manage the participating children. You are responsible for keeping your account and child PINs private and for the accuracy of family settings.
Earned minutes
Data Wallet minutes are a family tracking tool only. They are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency or transferable property. Parents remain responsible for all rewards, approvals, limits and consequences.
Beta limitations
The commercial beta tracks chores and earned minutes. It does not yet automatically block Wi-Fi, apps, devices or essential communication. Do not rely on Data Wallet as a safety, emergency, parental-control or supervision system.
Subscriptions
After any stated free trial, the selected monthly or annual subscription renews until cancelled. The checkout page will show the price and renewal timing before payment. You may cancel through the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.
Fair use
Do not attempt to access another family, interfere with the service, upload harmful content or use Data Wallet unlawfully. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect families or the service.
New Zealand consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable law.
